i think this one is more like me and the only difference was the subjects of course suited for me.

after some observation.. actually, i don't feel like I need to be moving (even it's just my hand) but the reality is that I found myself constantly moving (even it's just my hand)!
an example.. even when i'm still (seemly) when reading, my hand is either flipping pages or underlining, hightlighting not that it's something important...
