sick as a dog 2

I took off work today to stay home coz i feel my head was about to explode. I called to make an appt and end up talking to a nurse. she asked me a ton of questions and one of them is do you have headache even after taken full dose of pain reliever.
I said: ya.. like Right Now. that's why I called.
she said: ya, you sound big time congested.
me: ...%$#^&*

anyhow, the appt is tomorrow afternoon, so, my job is to survive until then.
On top of that, our toilet's congested, too. So, I had to go out and
buy a plunger. then, i thought i might as well pick up some medicine. but, which one? I looked at the picture (left) and it looks like me.
shopping has never made easier.
