over flow

during Sat. fellowship, someone had mentioned that how life's been
difficult and that she doesn't cry over the hardship anymore nor does
she even feel like crying.

But, what I noticed was that most of us have to try hard to hold our
tears when encounter some strong emotion and it doesn't even have to
be our own emotion.

I found out that crying is often time a good thing to release 'energy'
for lack of the words. With joy of the lord, crying doesn't seem to
fit in that nature anymore but, nevertheless, tears come with senses
of being overwhelmed, it's not even an emotion anymore but the lack of
capacity to receive it. It's a sense of whatever beyond which a person
can contain.

So, I turn once again to God, who can abundantly give/receive infinitely more.
