a friend of mine is new to the DC area so, we decided to visit the national tree tonight before she heads home for xmas tomorrow. Even though it was cold & windy out, We had loads of fun revisiting the national heritage through the trees. There are 50+ trees representing the states and the US territories surrounding the huge national Christmas tree. Most of all, simply enjoy the friendship. We didn't spend a dime tonight and we celebrated the season.
